Hi Bill,
I just wanted to let you know that the food for my son's confirmation was excellent. Everyone enjoyed it and we had leftovers but none of it went waste. We finished everything by the following Friday. My daughter already told us we are getting food from America on Rye for her confirmation, of course that's in another 3 years, but she won't forget. It was so nice not having to cook and knowing that everything was going to be delicious. Also, thanks for letting us (especially my son Joey) taste the dishes ahead of time. He absolutely loved the chicken marsala. Next time we have the need to cater food, we will be in contact with you.

Thank you so much for your services this past Sunday. Everyone enjoyed the food, service, quality and professionalism. My family and I have never used a catering service before so we didnt know what to expect. But I am glad we chose your company to cater our event because everything was outstanding! Everything went very well despite the intense heat everyone loved the food. Your staff was very accommodating and there was enough food left to feed everyone all night thank you all again
